Our clients were looking for a carefree, easy lifestyle with a new home design to match.

They wanted the modern beach house, with tiling throughout and an entertaining area that encompassed both the indoor (kitchen, living, dining), and outdoor (alfresco and yard) spaces. It was key to these clients to allow as much natural light and cross ventilation into the home as possible.
