Project details

On a level block in a great location, the owners were looking for something special for their own new home. Soon to be surrounded by project homes, they were wanting something unique; a home design that maximised the potential of their block, perfectly matched their lifestyle, and allowed plenty of natural light into the home, bringing a feeling of comfort throughout the year.

The exterior of the home sets it apart from the surrounding designs, and the interior spaces are even better. The living space in particular is a great open plan kitchen, dining and living area, that flows naturally out to the alfresco outdoor living space. The high level raked ceiling with upper windows make for a spectacular feeling of space and comfort in the heart of the home. We were indeed able to complete this home and achieve all the goals of the owners, and it is now a home that we can all be very proud of.
