Project details

This client was looking for a builder to say “yes, we can build there”. With a steep down slope front to back off a busy road, the design had to encompass all the norms, plus make the house look and feel like it was unconstrained.

The deck on the main living level provides the client with an expansive entertaining space and an outlook to enjoy the bush backdrop of the backyard, along with with glimpsing views of Lake Macquarie.
